An agreement has been signed between between the Executive Group of Vancouver and Argo Ventures Inc. to draft and construct a 3 tower "mixed use" building project located at the 100 Block section of W. 2nd Ave in the False Creek area of Vancouver, B.C. across from the Olympic Village.

The project is designed for comfort yet stylish living with state of the art and eco-friendly amenities. There will be approximately 500 boutique styled condo units within 3 concrete and glass towers on top of a forty thousand square foot retail shopping mall. Incorporating the LEED Gold building standard, the complex will also include a landscaped green roof top over a child daycare centre.

On December 1st of 2010, the City of Vancouver was first presented with the project designs by award winning architectural firm Francl Architects. The estimated completion date for the initial phase of building is the summer of 2013.

Argo Ventures Inc. is no stranger to financing and developing construction projects throughout Vancouver and the lower mainland. Previous projects in their portfolio include, $400 million financing on the New Westminster Skytrain station / Azure Plaza 88 development, acquisition of the historic Vancouver Sun Tower, the Raven Community Health Care Center in the False Creek area of Downtown Vancouver, and funding participation in the Jameson House near the Vancouver Convention Centre, to name a few.
